1. Carefully read the rental agreement, rules and regulations, carefully read all the terms and conditions of residence.
2. Take your time deciding whether to book a place in the student dormitory.
3. Please note that if you decide to leave before the end of your contract, your deposit will not be refunded.
4. Please remember that if you don’t cancel your dormitory reservation by 30 August, your deposit will not be refunded.
5. Please keep in mind that if you cause damage to the student dormitory, the deposit is non-refundable in whole or in part.
6. Remember that if for any reason you arrive after the start of the semester, you will still have to pay the rent for the entire period, including the period between the start of the semester and your arrival date.
7. The deposit acts as security and is not refundable when: the renter causes any property damage, the renter does not accept the accommodation for the time specified in the rental agreement, the renter does not fulfil his/her obligations in accordance with the regulations
